Full-time Senior International Product Marketing Manager  in Birmingham, City Centre

As our brand goes from strength to strength, we are looking to expand our Product Marketing team and have a Senior International Product Marketing Manager role available.

The successful candidate will drive growth in out international product portfolio, responsible for:

  • Strategically defining and developing our international product development plans based on consumer insights and market needs
  • Project prioritization to ensure that resource is deployed in the right places
  • Management of key product launches from concept development through to customer launch
  • Producing business cases and gaining internal buy-in for new product concepts
  • Developing research plans to gain thorough understanding international markets, consumers, retailers, distributors and competitors
  • Leading a team of International Product Marketing Managers; setting standards, inspiring, mentoring and developing
  • Providing clear direction and support to the International Sales and Marketing teams
  • Process improvement and implementation

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven track record of driving growth in a product category/range based on consumer insights and market needs on a global level
  • Sound knowledge of how to bring international products to market using a product development process
  • Experience of carrying out international research
  • Leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Passion for Product Marketing and the importance of being consumer centric
  • Strong influencing skills
  • People management experience
  • Experience of working with external suppliers
  • Strong organisational skills

A degree in a Marketing discipline will strengthen your application, however other degree disciplines will be considered. Foreign language skills are desirable (French/German).
