Unlike many other schemes, graduates are recruited directly into a specific department. That means you'll only work in areas that suit your ambitions and develop skill sets that will help you progress and exceed in your chosen field.
Then there are specific projects that will be set, designed to increase your personal and commercial acumen. At the end of these projects you will have to present to the board of directors. This will occur at periodic intervals throughout the tenure and if you perform well, we'll reward you in line with our progressive pay scheme.

You will have your own individually-tailored Personal Development Plan, setting your own goals and achieving them through regular performance (achieve) reviews.
